Passing the Time

For this photo, I took 40 pictures of the same clock. I layered all the pictures in photo shop. I then changed the opacity from very high to very low so the ones in the background would be clear and then fade as the pictures progressed. This made the hands on the clock's face look very dim. I pulled some of the hands out and darkened them to add more contrast and interest. From there, I went to iPhoto and changed the picture to black and white, enhanced the color, blurred the edges, and added some contrast. Overall, I like the aged effect of the blur and intensity of the dark hands on the light clock face.
